At EgyptLoom, we work to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During high-demand periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom

If your country is not listed at checkout, we do not currently ship there.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after order processing is completed.

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Canada: 7–12 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery timeframes only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • customs processing
  • carrier issues
  • weather disruptions
  • high seasonal demand
  • incorrect or incomplete shipping details

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Split Shipments

In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately depending on product availability, fulfillment location, or package size.

If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

EgyptLoom is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen afterward. If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly and also reach out to us at care@egyptloom.com so we can help where possible.
