We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Canada: 7–12 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

Shipping times may vary during busy seasons or due to carrier delays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, if available. You can also visit our Track Your Order page.

 

If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to cancel it. Please email us as soon as possible at care@egyptloom.com.

Yes, we accept eligible return requests within 14 days of delivery. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

No, you can place an order as a guest unless account creation is required during checkout.
