Returns & Refunds Policy

At EgyptLoom, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unused and unwashed
  • be in its original condition
  • be in its original packaging, where possible

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and household-use reasons, some items may not be eligible for return if they have been opened, used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

We do not accept returns for:

  • used or washed bedding
  • items damaged by misuse
  • items returned without prior approval
  • final sale or clearance items, if marked as such

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@egyptloom.com.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Change of Mind

If you changed your mind after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel it.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the expected time:

  1. check your bank account again
  2. contact your card provider or payment provider
  3. contact your bank

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
